How many services will I get each year?

Our Total Home Protection Program includes 4-6 seasonal pest control inspections and treatments, depending on the pest pressure in your area. These treatments will provide your home or business with a year-round pest free environment. If any retreatments are necessary between scheduled visits, we will gladly re-service your home or business at no additional charge for pest covered under your service agreement.

Are you going to service the inside?

Yes, our technicians will perform a thorough inspection of your home, especially the kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and general living areas. Strategic placements of approved products will be made in all potential pest harborage areas of your home. The inside service should only be done annually for most residential customers.

Why focus your treatment on the outside rather than the inside of my home? (pest live outside)

By treating the exterior of your home, pests can be stopped in their tracks before they ever get inside and invade your family’s living space where they can potentially cause problems and even damage.

Where exactly does the perimeter treatment take place?

The pest control products we use for perimeter treatments are applied in a band of soil around the base of your home approximately 10 feet out, around entry points like doors and windows and along eaves and facia boards. It will also be applied directly on your home’s foundation up to a height of 2-3 feet. This is the area where pests are most commonly found and can gain entrance into your home.

How long does the perimeter pest treatment last?

It is difficult to give an exact length of time of efficacy. Most general pest applications are labeled to last up to 90 days, under the best circumstances. Unfortunately, Louisiana’s climate doesn’t allow for the best circumstances as weather is a major determining factor. Hence why we recommend reapplying materials every 60 days, instead of 90 days, so there is no lapse in your pest protection.

Will the treatment harm my grass, shrubberies or flowers around my home?

No, you never have to worry about the products we use harming your lawn or ornamentals. They have been tested and proven to not cause phototoxicity. We will, however, be aware of any pollinating bees in these areas and use our best judgement as to whether or not to apply our materials.

Should children and pets be kept away from the treated area?

Yes, children and pets should be kept off the treated area until surfaces are dry.

What are my payment options?

We will accept all major credit and debit cards. Our technicians can also take payments at the time of service. The easiest way to pay is to have your payment info on file so it can be applied to your account the day after your service is completed. In addition, if you decide to pay for a year of service in advance, we will offer a 5% discount.

How can I put my home or business under a termite warranty?

Just contact us and we will send our termite specialist out to inspect and give you a quote for treatment. After treatment, you can opt-in to keep a termite warranty on your home or business.
